The Barley Mow is a traditional, independently owned pub situated just off Baker Street in the heart of Marylebone.
Established in 1791, the pub is the oldest in the area and one of the last remaining 'Free Houses' in the centre of the city.
It's not changed much over the centuries, keeping many of its original features, including two private 'pawning booths' located directly at the bar. The pub is listed inside and out, and would probably be recognisable today to any passing Edwardian.
We pride ourselves on creating a warm and friendly environment for our punters. Whether you work in the area, are a local resident or just passing through, we're the local 'village' pub in the heart of one of the world's busiest cities.
We look forward to welcoming you for a pint soon.
